These Terms of Service govern your use of the Argentina Store website (argentinastore.com.au) and any purchase you make with us. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

Orders & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
  • Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, payment issues, or stock unavailability. If we cancel an order, you'll receive a full refund for that order.

Pricing & Product Errors

We take care to ensure our pricing and product descriptions are accurate. However, if a pricing or listing error occurs (for example, a product is listed at an incorrect price), we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund, even if the order has been confirmed. We'll always contact you first if this happens.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us at customercare@argentinastore.com.au as soon as possible. We can only make changes if your order hasn't yet been processed for shipping — once dispatched, our standard Returns & Exchanges Policy applies.

Stock Availability

Occasionally an item may sell out before we can update our website. If this happens after you've ordered, we'll notify you and offer a refund, store credit, or a substitute item of your choice.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including photography, product descriptions, logos, and design — is owned by Argentina Store or used with permission, and may not be reproduced or used without our written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Argentina Store is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or purchase of our products. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
