Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

All domestic orders are shipped with Australia Post.

• Free shipping on all domestic orders over $200
• Standard shipping: $12.95
• Express shipping: $15.95

Orders are processed Monday–Friday. Please allow up to 3 business days for order processing and handling. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed and dispatched the next business day.

We ship from our Geelong store, a metro-classified location, to ensure the fastest possible delivery times.

New Zealand Shipping

• Flat rate of $34 AUD, sent via Australia Post Express International

Other International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping outside of New Zealand on a quoted basis. Please email customercare@argentinastore.com.au with your location and the items you'd like, and we'll provide a shipping quote.

Shipping Liability

Once your order has left Australian shores, Argentina Store is not responsible for loss, delay, or non-delivery of the package. We recommend keeping your tracking details on hand and contacting Australia Post directly for delivery issues once your order is in transit internationally.
